Stabilized time to taper, anyone want to come along for the ride?

Well its been 3 months since I had to up dose from 10mg back to 15mg of Librium / Day, and its been

almost 12 months of tapering down from the 6mg of Xanax that I was on from back in May 2018, I was hoping to

be benzo free by now, so I continue the fight and now I actually feel somewhat stable and much better than I've felt

in the last 10 months so here with go, my new plan is to be benzo free by August tapering by 2.5mg every 3 weeks,

that's my goal, wish me luck, and come along for the taper ride if you want a benzo buddy to taper with?

Unfortunately I have all these Symptoms, and its all from the medication since I've already been tested for everything and the Doctors

found nothing.

Most Common Tinnitus Symptoms

•Ringing in the ears

•Humming noises

•Buzzing sounds

•Sizzling or cracking sounds

•Pressure in my ears, plugged ears

•Whooshing sounds that are intermittent

I read that you CT'd back in December and your 4 months off, I hope everything is going in the

right direction with you, how do you feel?
