Yes, it's melatonin, used for sleep, don't know if it's safe or not as I will never put another pill in my body after this horrific experience, I'm sure there are posts about it on this forum .

Is it drug or just a supplement?

It’s adding to what your brain produces naturally.  Sleep aid. Made me high, but then I am not typical on new meds.

In Circadin's website they say it is safe but at the same time they say it's only safe for use for up to 3 months!

 

This could mean something. Especially in our fragile state.
