Do I reinstate Klonopin and start taper again. ?

I posted in my introduction and was told I was tapering to fast.  I had been on Temazepam from October 2018 til Feb 18, 2019. My doc switched me to Klonopin I believe to get me off if Temazepam. I took 3/4 of a 1 mg tablet for about 4 weeks and we both agreed I could start to taper. I never wanted to be on a benzo but I had severe untouchable insomnia.  Doc had me start to taper .125 a week. I was going along ok until I got to the reduction a little under .5mgs.Should I reinstate to .5 mgs and taper at 5% every 2 weeks?

Anyone??

The real problems for me also started when I went below 0.5 mg Klonopin. It's time to slow down the taper.

The more posts I read the more I think 5% every 2 weeks is best towards the end as Maugham says.

#####Slow down it’s all healing. 

At higher doses ten percent a week is ok but you get benzo belly etc as I am finding out!
