best solvent for seroquel/quetiapine that is not milk (H2O desn't work) for LT

what is the best solvent for seroquel/quetiapine that is not milk (H2O desn't work) for Liquid tapering?

i can't do milk, and i read that seroquel is soluble in certain oils/fats and also ethanol, but the H2O is very inefficient as a solvent.

have yet to find documentation on what actually dissolves it besides high proof alcohol...

if no one can tell me a better option, i'm going to use everclear either 190 or 151 proof.

Propylene glycol works just as well as alcohol.

FWIW, it's what the pharma mfgrs use to make liquid benzos.

are you sure it works for antipsychotics? not benzos...
