[Me...]
I swear I have side effects to every med now. Is anyone else hypersensitive to everything?! I wasn’t allergic to DOGS before Benzo withdrawal!
[ph...]
Yup. I spent 8 months where even bell peppers would give me rashes where the juice hit my skin. Your autonomic system is also in overdrive and it will aggressively attack anything it doesn't like.
[Me...]
Does it ever get better??
[ph...]
Got better rapidly for me, and now I just have a few foods I have to watch for. Soy & Black Pepper being the big ones. Made out better than mom, who's flat out allergic to soy.
[Me...]
I wish the dog allergies hadn’t hit me! And I get hives from everything
[ph...]
Oddly my dog allergies are much less severe than they were. My cat allergies, otoh, are now off the chart. It subsides a bit during windows, and comes back hard during waves.
[Ma...]
I would consider this as "normal". I reacted to anything. A-ny-thing. Its so much better now and I did not take any medicine against it. For me it goes hand in hand with the recovery of my gut and my liver. I know a lot of buddies who were this hypersensitive, not only to allergenes also to food, light, stress... and it took some time until the CNS was able to stabilize again. I have read that allergies are processes of inflammation, so this makes sense to me, cause in wd the hole CNS just is inflamed in my opinion.
