I am using Collagen, and Niacin. It seems to do something, but not enough, also jog sometimes. Though my skin lacks water, it's like i have fat, but not water right underneath skin. It's elasticity is lost. I'm 23, i was very good looking, i looked like 17, now i look like 30...

What supplements will help this? To hydrate, uplift, and get it fresh again?

my skin went the worst it ever has been but now it is looking a little better.


i just use a simple wash, the natural orange kind, then i lay shea butter on heavily.


i don't believe consuming anything will help.

we're dehydrated and nothing can stop that until we heal.

At 60, I have wrinkles (crevices) !!  I did not have them before BWD.

I've found out the only thing that helps is working out a lot, jogging a lot, and eating a lot. Gain some fat, and still won't be too fat, if you workout. That helped to fill my skin, and feel fuller. Also not stay in bed, or sleep too much. If i sleep too much, or stay in bed, or not workout for a week, i look like i'm 30yr old, and i'm 23!
