Skin healing much better off drugs

I hit my head only a couple days ago, and despite not all that much sleep (maybe 4 hours per night), the cuts on my face have almost completely healed. I am around 13 months off benzos, olanzapine and domperidone. The cuts were pretty superficial, but on the drugs, something like this would have lingered for weeks. Despite some very annoying symptoms that still linger (gastro, insomnia, muscle tension, food intolerances), I'm pretty happy with this as a sign of healing
