Need help want to try liquid. Ativan to small now to cut

My Ativan tablet weighs 0.051 by weight it is a 0.5 mg tablet of Ativan .

I am at 0.037 by weight split that does to 3times a day . Pills are to tiny to cut and scale is driving me crazy .

Could someone please explain step by step on how the math looks and how to prepare the solution . What size syringe do I get I have to decrease very slowly it’s been very difficult .

Combine 4mg + 8ml vodka or propylene glycol + 32ml water.  That gives you a uniformly distributed solution, .1mg =1ml  That will be approx a 10-12 day supply.

You current dose is approx .363mg so we'll start at .37 and reduce .001mg/day. That's approx 4% reduction per 2 weeks, a pretty slow taper.

Schedule:

.37mg                  3.7ml

.369mg                3.69ml

.368mg                3.68ml

.367mg                3.67ml

etc..........

Just lower your dose by .01ml (.001mg) each day.

You could do it all with a 1ml syringe, but a combo of 1ml and a 10ml syringe will make it easier.  And some 1ml syringes are graduated with 50 marks (.02ml) and some with 100 marks (.01ml).  Either one will work just fine.  With a .02 scale, .01 is between the lines.

To divide your dose into 3 dose, put the full day's dose (from the chart) in a measuring cup and top it up to 1 full cup with water (or juice,soda, etc).  Then drink 1/3 cup for each separate dose.

Builder you do realize that my Ativan tablet is 0.5 mg so I would use 8 pills to make the solution? Then when I run out I use the same formula to make it and just keep reducing ?

That is I took my 0.5 mg pill and divide it by pill weight of 61 so I get 0.0081967 then 0.37 which is the weight of the amount I am on now x 0.0081967  equals 0.3032779 is that right? 

You got .363 not sure ? Don’t want to go up .

.037/.051= 72.5%

.5mg X 72.5% = .0362mg

If its actually .061, then the .30mg is correct.

So do...

3mg + 6ml vodka + 24ml water 

Start at .3mg (3ml) and reduce by .001mg (.01ml) each day

Ok my pill is 0.5 mg of Ativan

One pill weighs 0.61

When I weigh my dose now it weighs 0.036 on the scale that’s were I am at .

I want to make just enough for one day at a time . That’s all I can understand right now .

Please give detail instructions and my son said he would help me .
