[Ho...]
Is anyone familiar with the flavonoid affinity for gaba? I’ve been looking more into how diet could affect wd and I want to know if this is something those in wd could be set back by and should try to avoid, or if it’s a benefit outweighs the risk type deal. This article doesn’t sound too promising. Flavonoids are mostly found in plant foods, red wine and legumes https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4863311/

Read studies done on potatoes they affect GABA. Should we avoid potatoes?. Almonds, whole wheat, walnuts, halibut, broccoli, spinach all affect GABA. Should we avoid these vital nutritious foods?.
