[Kr...] Posted July 20, 2019 Share Posted July 20, 2019 I’ve used all sorts of things: meditation, reading, audiobooks, mantras, weighted blankets, exercise, music, movies/series, chores, etc. nearly anything to change my train of thought or distract.
