How do I taper from small dose on Ashton manual please!!!

Hi guys, is there any one that could please help me. I am currently on 0.125mg of Alzam (3 times a day). Total = 0.375mg per day and I want off.

Should I still switch to Diazepam (Valium) first and if so, how would I do this? On the Ashton Manual they only have 2 examples (how to taper from 6mg and 4mg per day). So I have no idea as to where to even start. PLEASE could someone help or send me somewhere that someone would be able to help me work out a tapering schedule. I am really scared even thought I am on a very small dose and have been on it for about 4-5 months.
