[St...] Posted March 22, 2019 Share Posted March 22, 2019 I was an excellent 9 hour sleeper before Benzos and now I’m 10 months off of them. I’m sleeping most of the night now but it’s taking atleast an hour or longer to fall asleep EVERY night! When does falling asleep fast come back? Does it take a while after sleep returns?
