[bo...]
What can be done about having brutal depression still at a year off? I eat well, exercise, drink water. I don't drink alcohol. I don't drink coffee. Still, none of my interests are coming back. I'm struggling trying to work right now. Every little negative thought triggers me and makes it worse. I'm in a loop of negative thinking and can't get out of it. I haven't tried any other RX drugs, but maybe I should.
[bo...]
I see nobody has commented on this. I guess that is to be expected since it's on a side board. Is it normal to still have bad depression at a year off, c/t?
[Ca...]
Sorry you are going through it - sounds like you are dealing with it remarkably well - exercising, working. Not uncommon among symptoms. Can be debilitating in such cases such as mine - steadily got worse from about 14 months - but then I had a history of depression. Seems stress can bring it on more than anything other. [fa...]
I have intrusive and very negative thoughts that scare me. I was put on the ad venlafaxine and it has helped quite a bit. It was prescribed by a psych.
