[Be...]
You can see my story in my bio. Am I tapering too slow, making things more difficult for me ? 07-17-2018 panic attack prescribed oxazepam 10mg a day used it for 20 days 08-06-2018 tapered it Ct off because it made me more and more sick After this all the horror began: Nightmares Insomnia Weightloss (lost 30 pounds in two months) Delirious ( heard things saw things) Agitation (could not sit) Suicidal 09-27 Hospitalized 30 days Put on 6 mg diazepam a day Put on ad citalopram 20mg Put on quetiapine ap 75 mg After a week i began to feel alive again 10-25 i was home again Began to taper off diazepap (v) Taper off quetiapine Current dry tapering off the v : 0,25 Quetiapine : 25mg Citalopram still 20mg Is .25mg your current dose? If so, this low dose may be only aggravating your CNS. If would be safe to stop taking the V at this point as it has no therapeutic value. Try and see how you feel. Chances are you will feel no different.

[Ma...]
Don't worry, stopping it is unlikely to have any negative effects. Plus you have Citalopram and Quetiapine as crutches.
