Taper across doses?

Taking .50mg in a.m and .25 mg in p.m.

 

As per Jim Hawks schedule better to taper across first dose or across both doses??

IMO, better to have evenly divided doses taken throughout the day and to remove your cut from your days total dose, not from AM/Midday/PM dose.

Thanx. Suggesting to spit to .375/.375 and taper from there? Night time will be OK. Day time may be a little bumpy as a cut from .5 but can weather the storm :-)
