Xanax micro taper

Hey everyone. Need your help. I have been on Xanax.5  mg

3×a day for about nine years.  I want to do a liquid micro titration but I need help with a schedule.  I want to taper at 1 ml per day

We need a little more information to devise a reasonable plan. We suggest a taper rate of 5-10% every 10-14 days. This rate generally depends on symptoms one may be experiencing. Are you having any  interdose or tolerance symptoms? Do you know how you want to make your liquid? Do you want to combine liquid with tablets?
