whats a liquid microtaper titration from Klonopin look like? my 3x daily dose..

what does a liquid microtaper titration from Klonopin for my schedule and doses look like? details follow...

i currently take: (tolerance reached w/interdose WD's)  ...............................8AM 0.25mg,  4PM 0.25mg,  8PM          0.5mg 

i will slowly convert this dose schedule to: (every 8 hours)..............................8AM 0.25mg,  4PM 0.25mg,  MIDNITE  0.5mg

when i reach this schedule, i'll begin reducing the MIDNITE dose to 0.25mg:  8AM 0.25mg,  4PM 0.25mg,  MIDNITE 0.25mg

after stabilization at this schedule/dosage, i want to begin to do a 2.5% weekly reduction across the board (=10% monthly reduction) with a 2 week hold following each 4 weeks.

this would be an equal amount reduction off of each 0.25mg dose that gives a total weekly reduction amount of 10%.
