I haven't been to the forum in a long time. I was looking for Kian's video for milk titrating K. It's no longer available yet still pinned here.  Does anyone have a link for another, similar video? Thanks in advance.

Most of the YouTube videos are garbage.  They have been responsible for huge volumes of false or misleading info and unnecessarily complex procedures to the benzo community.

Doing a milk taper is about as complicated as adding sugar to your morning coffee.  Drop the tablet in and let it dissolve.
