Help with taper plan

Tapered from 1 mg down to .19 [bid] before sx's as tapered way too quick and when got to the 80% hit the wall. Needed to be able to travel so moved to .5 [.25/.25] till march 1 then .75 [.5/.25]. I know never go backward but had little option as could not deal with w/d issues.

Now on to moving forward and getting off this and looking opinions as whether:

1] start taper from the .75 total [.5/.25]

2] start taper from the .50 total [.25/.25] given the short time frame at .75

3] taper across all doses

Looking for thoughts/input. No going back once I start until down to .05 and off!!!
