Klon to librium?

Having a wicked time with klon taper and pdoc agrees im in tolerance.

She will not prescribe valium, but may prescribe librium.

She also suggested lyrics, which I had been on before for a year but dropped due to cost.

Id prefer to not add the lyrics

So, main question, is librium sedating?

I've heard its very weak as a benzo and major issues are anxiety, tremors, insomnia (atarax helped a bit but know it will poop out eventually), extremely high heart rate which beta blockers are having a hard time controlling, dry heaves,nausea and almost complete inability to eat or drink.

I doubt she'll do a slow crossover, but if she prescribes librium I have enough .5 pills (take 3 .5 tablets, 1 .5 in morning and 1mg at night) to do my own crossover

So tl;Dr is librium sedating enough to get you to sleep at night?

I was rxd klon for sleep only, while I do have a panic disorder, it was only while driving that I would get attacks, now I jump at every sound
