Starting part 2 of my Clonazepam taper on March 1st!

Hello... possibly some of you don't know me but around May of last year I successfully tapered from 0.5 mg of Clonazepam down to 0.25 mg's!  Yeah! I had to hold because of stressful life changes and surgery but I'm ready to start my taper again. My goal is to go super slow.... like 5-10 % a month and hopefully I will be done with my taper at the end of this year! I am so excited to get this stuff out of my system as it has wrecked havoc in my life for over 15-years.

Like Stevie Nicks said regarding her horrible addiction to Clonazepam.... if she ran into the Psyche Dr. on the street she would ---- him! I won't repeat what she said but in her own story Clonazepam stole eight years from her... for me it's been double, I'm pissed  and I'm done! I'll be checking in periodically with my progress and I'm hoping that I won't have too many incidences! Much success to all my fellow taperers!
