help please. Where on my 5ml syringe punger is the accurate marker

Sorry to appear a little stupid, but looking at the new syringes I have sent for the plunger has a deep black ring with a domed end nearest the exit point.

When drawing up the liquid, is the accurate level the flat top of the black ring which is lined up to the amount to be drawn up, or it the accurate level the lower end domed end of the ring. As I will be in the lower doses, accuracy is important to me.
