Switching from Klonopin to Valium

I'm down to my last 0.30mg and want to to the witch as soon as possible.

What would be the best way?. Should I start taking the 5mg Valium now when I'm down to 0.25mg Klonopin and then continue tapering the rest of the K with 0.01mg a day?.
