Jumping belly? Someone?

This is crazy maaaaan. These days I saw my belly is jumping.... Its jumping around my belly button. Now I dont have benzo belly but this is unbelievable.....

Nope its comes with my daily wave. Its strange I am laying in my bed and my belly is moving/jumping its some nerves there.

Its unbelievable after 14'5 months still I am in this bullshits.

Yeah like adjusta said, they are muscle fasciculations. When I get them it seems like it is a muscle actually trying to RELAX out of the concrete state it is generally in. So I am usuallythankful for them, they seem to be the opposite of the pulling/gnawing spasms. Those HURT.  My lower back gets going and actually make my hips dance when laying down, it’ll start crunching sometimes.
