I am getting ready to begin Jim Hawk’s direct taper of my 1.5 mg Kolonopin by using a gram scale and mortar and pestle. I understand the pace of tapering I should do but what I don’t know is how to I consume the powder after II crush it.

I know I have to put it into water to drink it but how much water? Should it be 300 ml of water?

Does it matter how much water? I am thinking that it doesn’t so long as I drink all the powered Kolonopin.

Many find it easy to put it in a spoon of apple sauce or pudding.
