Tapering off of .125 of clonazepam

Hi,

I'm trying to taper off of .125 of clonazepam that I just changed from .25 last month.  What is the best way to get off this drug? 

In my (limited) experience, the best way is to taper very gradually (give yourself 4 weeks after making a cut in dosage), by going down about 12.5% each time.

In Canada, .25mg pills are available and you can easily cut them into quarters.
