Spouse/Significant Other also dependent on Benzos Support

I didn't see a thread for this so I hope it's ok. If not I will delete. I and my SO are both now dependent on Xanax due to a doctor who gave to us as the 'cure for all our ailments' type of thing about 6 years ago and it just went from there. It is hard enough to get off of a benzo alone, let alone trying to help a loved one at the same time. Hopefully we can find support here with one another.
