Stating third week of Valium c/o, not sure of cut

Hello to all,

Friday will begin my 3rd week of c/o from ativan to valium. I dose three times daily. The first week I cut my night dose of .5mg of ativan to .25mg ativan & 2.5mg valium. The 2nd week I cut my morning dose of .5mg of ativan to .25mg ativan & 2.5mg valium. I must say the past two weeks I have been gradually feeling better than I have in years (Hopefully it's the valium).  Friday I will cut my afternoon dose of .75mg of ativan, but I am not sure how to split that in half with the valium.

Since I have been feeling better while c/o to valium, I thought about taking .25mg ativan and 5mg valium for the afternoon dose. This would equal my orignal .75 mg of afternoon ativan. I don't want to take too much valium during the c/o, but if I am feeling OK on it what would it hurt to try? Dose anyone have an opinion, suggestions, or experience on this situation?
