gabapentin

any body take gabapentin?  my neurologist just prescribed it for me for headaches.  it has a nice side effect for me of reducing anxiety somewhat.  I'm worried that this may cause issues for me in the future though.  If I ever get off it, will my anxiety get worse like in withdrawal?

Well, anti-convulsants are linked to osteoporosis,  which wasn't in the packaging inset, and I found out only after suffering 4 broken bones consecutively and filling out a form to get a DEXA scan. I tapered off them easily. At least do all you can to build up your bones while you're taking it.
