Does pivmecillin antibiotics works on GABA?

I need to take pivmecillin for a kidney infection. Does it work on GABA receptors?

Yes it is a gaba receptor antagonist so it affects the receptors  in the same way as benzos. I was given penicillin and when I finished the course was thrown back into acute for 6 weeks, I'm still suffering 4 months later, there are many similar stories.

 

Can you take Cephalexin?  It has the weakest effect on gaba receptors.

Damn I knew it! Maybe my antibiotics in december threw me in to my brutal wave like acute phase that lasted 6 weeks.  So you also had a acute phase again. Thanx 4 your answer.
