[Th...]
Benzos cause TEMPORARY, REVERSIBLE nerve damage. Hence all of your symptoms which are all very common Benzo withdrawal symptoms. They fade over time. However symptoms WAX (increase) and WANE (decrease) from day to day and week to week. Old symptoms can fade only to reappear later and new symptoms can crop up out of the blue. Recovery is very non linear and UP and DOWN for some time for most. You WILL heal. Just distract and be patient and know that these symptoms can't hurt you.
