3 YEARS BENZO FREE TODAY!!

Today I celebrate 3 years off of Klonopin.  I still have issues but am way better than I was. Hang in there everyone we will heal it's just a matter of time.  STAY STRONG!!!

Congratulations!  What are your "issues?"  I am approaching 3 years off Clonazepam on 3/7/19.  I still have tinnitus, which has always been my worst symptom.  I won't feel healed until it disappears because it was caused by benzo withdrawal.

I still struggle with dp/dr, anxiety and tremor. 

Huge congrats to you! I am ~28 months out and the only issue I have left is that my sleep is still not normal.

Glad you made it kudos 3 years is a solid milestone my recovery has been hell I am only one week in
