Hi,

Is there a link to create a taper using a fixed (milligrams) cut rate for Clonazepam?

On 1/27/2019, I started a liquid taper from Clonazepam that included 0.5 mg in the mid-day, 1.0 mg at bedtime, and 0.5 mg in the middle of the night.
