Trouble breathing

I have trouble breathing with the windows closed now I have health anxiety over the time i have had Trouble breathing and i didn’t open the window and go to sleep  i woke up with an slight headache now I kinda afraid if I caused any delay to my recovery process??

 

I am hypochondriac that’s what I took a benzo for

 

 

not sure about the recovery because i am still on ativan did not taper yet but health anxiety plays a big part in my daily life and ive never had it until being on the benzos for over 4 years so i think every one gets it at some point in time

Unfortunately I’ve had this for a couple years. It is by far my worst symptom. I’m sorry you’re also Doing it as well.

Breath in through your nose, hold for 7 seconds, breathe out slowly and then hold for 7 seconds or less whatever you are able to do.  Do it over and over till you feel better.  Take your time with it......it will slow down that breathing which will help.  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
