Hair loss,does anyone has this?Help

Hello,im having a major hair loss ever since i started tapering 3 months ago, and im only 1/3rd off ,and im losing hair like crazy. If anyone who had this,did it grow back? and if it did,did if fully grew back?

I’m going bald on top of my head. Lots of people have hair loss. Apparently it will come back once off and healed. Given my other symptoms I don’t even really care about this anymore other than that it is a sign my body is struggling and is another iteration of it not being able to make the body properly. All muscles wasted quickly as well.
