Projector memory memories coming back since you were a child in benzo withdrawal

I have the weirdest projector memory I remember stuff Wayback when I was a kid I’m just wondering when does goes away is it part of your healing

I call that 'time-traveling' and it's been with me since jumping off meds. I remember very vividly, I see but I also feel those memories, they actually give me a fuller experience than my current reality which lacks the emotional connection, and as such, I feel more connected to my past than anything happening around me right now. It is puzzling but like all other mental symptoms, it can't hurt you. It is a sign that your brain is rewiring. Many Buddies have had this and it goes away. Your memory will return to a more 'normal' functioning as your brain heals.
