[wa...] Posted January 26, 2019 Share Posted January 26, 2019 5 (mg) ÷ 0.169 (weight of pill) × 0.095 (weight of current dose) = 2.81 (mg of Valium in current dose) If 10 mg V = 0.5 mg K: 10 (mg V) ÷ 0.5 (mg K) = 20 (K is 20 times stronger than V) Therefore, 2.81 (mg of V) ÷ 20 = 0.1405 mg K Your current rough equivalent dose in K is 0.1405 mg.
