Tolerance WD symptoms

Ok all you great peeps. First of all just wanna say TY to everyone. This site has opened my eyes so much to my feelings n issues I have been experiencing. Now I understand that my main problem is tolerance WD and that my low dose I force myself to take because I’m so worried about running out and after two years my body has built up such an immunity to Ativan 1mg. I have all the symptoms mildly but daily. Jello legs n ringing of ears. Can’t ever sleep. So nocturnal which causes no energy all day. I know that I need to find a doctor that understands and is willing to let my safely taper myself off of this poison. Just I can’t find one. Ughhh.
