4 1/2 months cold turkey Ativan buspar vs hydroxyzine help!!

It’s been 4 1/2 months since I jumped from Ativan and I am growing increasingly tired of still have panic attacks and horrible social anxiety.  I was on Buspar for about three months and wasn’t sure I was getting better other than dizzy. Then they switched me to hydroxyzine hcl not pomade.  I have been extremely tired and don’t want to leave the house.    I am also on 30mg of Paxil a day.  Should I ask for the pomate?  Go back on the buspar?  Take buspar and hydroxyzine together?  Just getting close to my wits end here.  Thsnks in advance everyone. 

Did the hydroxyzine help anxiety despite making you tired?
