Shall I switch all my Valium to liquid to microtaper or only part of it?

I'm at 7.5 mg of V (2.5 mg in tablet form at 10 AM, 4PM and 11PM). It's time for me to start a liquid microtaper. Which dose(s) should I convert to liquid and which should I start to taper?

I'm at 7.5 mg of V (2.5 mg in tablet form at 10 AM, 4PM and 11PM). It's time for me to start a liquid microtaper. Which dose(s) should I convert to liquid and which should I start to taper?

If I were tapering from 2.5mg 3x a day I would start by taking 2mg in tablet form and taper equally from all 3 doses.
