2 Years and 11 Months Free Today!

Hi All

It has been a while since my last post here, I cannot remember when it was.

So, today is almost 3 years since my last dose of bloody alprazolam. I am completely free from it, my body regulate normally again after years. I have a better life quality at the moment. I understand that the tapering process is the process to heal from all the reason why I take this pill for the first time (anxiety, panic, et).

I understand, that completely free from anxiety is almost impossible. Anxiety itself is how our mind naturally works. Its a self-defence mechanism. And thats the thing that I cannot completely ease during these 2 years and 11 months.

Til now, I am really anxious about a lot of things. For instance: health, job, future, and etc. So please believe in me, that you will get free from this medication in no time. But life will continue, and when the bad part coming back to you, just believe that you are in the better state.
