Fruit?

I know a lot of people have gone KETO, or other diets and cut out sugar.

I've been having a hard time eating, but I'm constantly starving.

Hard to find the motivation to make anything for myself either... (bless my mom)

Mainly currently stuck on protein shakes, which I know isnt the best of things, lots of chemicals and crap...

 

But just had an apple about 2 hours ago, 30mins later I felt a weird anxiety. Not super bad, but enough to be annoying...

Anyone have to cut out fruit entirely? I've been staying away from as much sugar as possible aside form the random gatorade (not drinking well either)

I know ashton actually says not to limit yourself, but I dont know what to think?

 

Any tips for eating when you dont feel like you can?
