Just Started Working Out Again

This week I have had extra time with Christmas break. I have started working out again for about a half hour a day for about the last seven days. I am doing cardio, mostly Tae Bo workouts. I have noticed that after workouts I notice the ringing in my left ear and just weirdness in my head and ears. Also, my vision gets weird. I don't feel worse than I did before mood-wise so I'm going to keep at it.

 

Most people believe that working out is beneficial, right? I have seen a ton of success stories where working out seemed to help people recover. I am nine months off and haven't worked out consistently since August. I had a ton of obvious windows in August and September, so I figured I would give it a go again. What are people's experiences with working out?
