Here are some really effective tips:

Drop weight, eat less salt.

That's like a must.

Improve ur diet, and maybe lifestyle.

I have read here that cannabis can help too.

i cant drop weight cause i cant sleep. its a catch 22. then i have no energy to excercise. i cut calories so less energy, on and on. We dont have medical cannabis here so im at a loss
