Wellbutrin for anxiety during post benzo withdrawal

I responded to this question in your other thread, but just so it's here too: I found that Wellbutrin exacerbated my anxiety. This became more apparent as my Valium dose decreased, and was eventually so intolerable that I had to taper off of WB in the middle of my Valium taper. (Please note that this is not typically advised.) I doubt it would do much for me post-benzos either way; it didn't really help my mood after the first few weeks. Some have a better response. My experience with wellbutrin is horrible. I could only handle about 4 weeks then I quit cold Turkey, which sucked btw.

This drug is often used for cocaine cessation,  so that speaks volumes for how stimulating it can be, which in general is not a great idea for anyone with anxiety related disorders.
