20 days off benzos!!

I know this isnt 2 months but I just wanted to celebrate. I am so proud of myself. I dont even remember the last time I have this much hope.

I would not consider reinstating no matter how bad withdrawal gets.  Everything is TEMPORARY and reversible.  It sucks, but you can get through withdrawal and get your life back!

Don't reinstate!  Hang in there!!!

Treat yourself like a baby for the next 2 weeks. You got this!!

I hear you loud and clear don’t reinstate it just prolongs the process I’m nine months off and I’m having a wave again I know that’s not going to help your situation but take the advice of all the veterans here you have to get off once and for all  Even though I am in a wave right now it’s not as bad as when I first got off

4 Weeks for me!  Muscle pain and tinnitus/ears pain and fullness is main stuff.  WE can do this!
