Guest [Sa...] Posted December 10, 2018 Share Posted December 10, 2018 - You can see from my signature I took Ativan PRN for 3 months (15.5 mgs in that time), didn’t realize I was in withdrawl and was put on Zopiclone which I stopped after 5 weeks on Thursday. Crossed directly to 5mgs of Valium (under doctor) and just don’t want to have go through a 19 week taper. Should I just cut my losses and cold turkey? I’ve been taking 5mgs of Valium nightly for 3 days, or should I do a more rapid taper? Could someone please assist me? My symptoms are physiological and not physical at all.
