Head pressure/sensations

Im 6 weeks off today where I jumped from 2mg of diazepam from 2 months of .5mg of xanax nightly. Morning cortisol rushes and anxiety/insomnia have mostly abated by the 3rd week off.

What i had during the valium taper and even now being off is this head pressure or like sensations of slight dizziness that come and go. Its really hard to explain, but it comes with kind of an out of it feeling. Its not always there. There are definitely moments everyday where i feel totally normal even if it only lasts for a few minutes or an hour at a time.

anyone else have this or had it then it went away?

I just find it weird that its the only thing left really, usually constant anxiety or bad insomnia is what plagues alot of people but now that stuff mostly gone and this is still here it makes me wonder if it has anything to do with maybe not benzo related?

This is one of my remaining symptoms as well.

Sometimes there's just a bit of a brownout where the world unfocuses slightly and I feel slightly out of sync and wobbly, then fades into a headache.
