Help preparing a liquid titration for 30mg of Temazepam please?

New to the forum and I am very poor at math. I have been taking 30 mg of Temazepam at bedtime for around 3 months. I am currently also taking 7.5 mg of Mirtazapine for 2 weeks. The Temazepam is what I would like to liquid taper. Could someone assist in making a plan with a 5 and 10% reduction plan so I can present to my doctor. I had plans to use 100ml of water. I have a cylinder and ml syringe. Thank you!

That would only be 100 days for 30 mg..a bit quick.

Yes, I am looking for suggestions in how to taper this Temazepam? Anyone here have a taper plan or have tapered Temazepam?
