Mood stabilizers

I’ve posted this before but I can’t find it. Will a mood stabilizer help me in anyway?? I have a 3 month supply. Topamax

 

I have extreme anxiety and derealization.

I started on Trileptal after my CT. I’ll say with certainty I regret going on another medication because it’s another medication to taper off of. Im on a very low dose that kids take and I’ve been tapering since January. Everytime I drop it triggers symptoms to pop up. That’s my experience anyways, but I have zero experience with Topamax.
